At Larris-IFY we have partnered with Mobile Physicians and we can have you seen within 24-48 hours after hospital discharge and coordinate care with patients primary care physician. Not sure if your illness reqiures a ER visit? We can send out a NP to evaluate you and determine if that ER trip is needed all while keeping you in the comfort of your home.

We serve all townships listed in Marion County as well as West Newton and Camby.

We take  Private Pay, Traditional Medicaid,  A&D Wavier and our skilled service is available to Medicare and Private Pay clients.
