Nice condition vintage Pioneer SG-9800 12-band graphic equalizer produced from 1979-1981. For some reason the -3dB attenuator button must be depressed in order for the sound to come out of both channels (if it isn't pushed in, sound only comes out of the right channel). Otherwise, I tested it for several hours and all else works as it should. The -6dB attenuator operates as it should. The sound is great, and there are no staticky connections in any of the buttons or sliders. I replaced both attenuator switches and the tape monitor switch, which are commonly worn-out parts, because they would not stay pushed in.The face is nicely polished with little wear, but the buttons have not been polished and have some oxidation.All LEDs light up as they should. Two of the LED frames have been broken -see photos (the 2 missing tiny legs are inside the slider switch covers)The sides and top of the cover have some wear and scratches.No manual is included, but it can be found online. It has an unswitched 110V output on the back to plug in one of your other components. Please feel free to ask any questions you may have! Great EQ, only problem is that it's been sitting around too long. Purchased it for a backup. However my back is out, so I stopped a long time ago. Also the perfect eq for a musicians home stereo. Lost boxes and manuals a long time ago, sure the manual can be downloaded or ordered from the company....
