  • Many responsibilities, which include interaction with club members daily, to assist with purchases, loading (or loading, as required), collecting carts from parking lot, to assure a supply for use by members.

  • Primary duties included, improving the company’s growth position by establishing contacts within the US Contracting and USACE offices for new contracts, managing the day to day activities of those contracts on & off NATO base, which included weekly meetings with clients for updates, daily status reports to clients on logistics, construction and transportation contracts.

  • Established and managed many contracts for NATO/NSPA (Military Transportation Contract), DLA (Support), US & British Military Contracting (Vehicles/Small to medium Construction Contracts).

  • Established and managed contracts with base support prime contractors, for proper disposal of waste materials, such as wet waste and expired foods(Dining Facility Waste) for immediate disposal, waste fuel and oils, and other potential recyclable materials (vehicle batteries, wood, paper products) for use in the local market.

  • Assured that company followed all requirements of contract and Scopes of Works. And completed works within budgets.

  • Trained staff, consisting of locals and Foreign Nationals, on safe and productive works, as expected from the Military & International clients.   

  • Also responsible get the company into the international market, by visiting other countries, selling our company’s strong points, and then using the means at hand to develop those works. This resulted in works for UAE, and Philippines.


 


 



  • Assisted owners in developing goals for attaining financial growth of the company’s future. 

  • Implement programs that include marketing, safety, budgets and daily operations.

  • Plan, organize, direct and coordinate projects in civil works, fencing, structures and other area of new construction, utilizing 18 TCN and 30+ LN staff.

  • Schedule projects logical steps, review progress to monitor compliance, negotiate revision, changes or additions to contractual agreement. Direct mentor and supervised staff, to assure quality delivery in allotted timelines. Assure all safety guidelines are followed and train new staff in those safety practices.

  • Complete responsibility for managing one year maintenance contract on the air base, along with supply and logistic chain.


 


 


 



  • Established contacts, for new contract opportunities and managed projects for USACE, US contracting and other NATO forces at several sites.

  • Managed HR objectives by recruiting, selecting, training and assignment of key employee’s. Coaching, counseling and communicating job expectations and company policies and procedures.

  • Contributed direction for development and implementation of organization and safety policies, practices, procedures to ensure the attainment of company’s goals.

  • Collected daily information from site personnel on project progress, problems encountered for records, reports and planning activities on projects.

  • Established executable timelines in accordance to obligations. Monitored project plans and schedules to fulfill contractual requirements set by clients.


 



  • Plan all daily activities and supervise 10 TCN and 19 LN maintenance staff for support services to include septic, trash disposal, generator maintenance, and facilities cleaning/repairs/O/M, within the US State Department offsite housing units.

  • Established service record procedures, maintaining those records of services and budgets.

  • Developed contracts on several projects under the military contracting offices, in the IZ and Camp Victory, with various levels of construction works.  

  • Also responsible for escorting local and TCN on base, and in sensitive areas of the military’s compounds. 


 



  • Manage the daily operations and activity of a 70 employees support staff in O/M contract of an 800 occupant man camp. This included all maintenance for HVAC, generators, plumbing, carpentry, scheduling of fuel deliveries, solid and septic waste removal and W/O help desk.

  • Developed operating procedures and maintained records for contractual obligations, present/projected budgets and the direct reporting to management.

  • Worksite safety coordinator. Directed safety program to provide safe working environment for workers and clients. Provide all safety training and report safety corrections to management.
