into boxes by models, colors, styles, etc. for resale. This was a temporary employment



OHL, Plainfield, In., (6-2011 to 4-2012). Warehousing, packing, picking to fill orders for


computer customers that ordered online.

Hampton Inn & Suites, Brownsburg, In., Front Desk Receptionist. (5-2008-11-2010).


Greet guest. Checked in and out guest.  Assigned rooms, scheduling meeting room,


answered telephones, registered guest and any other data needed.

Kmart Dept. Store, Indpls. In.  (2006-2007).


Stocked shelves in the shoe dept. Set up displays and signs for sales. Tagged shoes,


and straightened shoes in boxes for nice appearence to customers, and kept dept. clean


and picked up.  Assisted customers.

Stayed home and started a self-employed business.  (2004-2006).




Ambassador Mortgage Inc., Indpls., In. Loan Officer Assistant. (2001-2003).

Called homeowners to convience them to refinance their mortgages for a

lower interest rate on their current mortgage or mortgages.  I filled

out applications for the loan officers.


Putnam County Hospital, Greencastle, In..  Switchboard Operator in 2000.

Took calls and messages and transferred them to doctors, employees and



Coatesville Post Office, Coatesville, In.  Mail Carrier (1999-2000).

Sorted by hand the mail to be delivered on the route that I was to deliver too,

which consisted of a rural route of 75 miles.


Places of Employment that my skills were learned:


Dr. Nels Ewoldsen, D.D.S. (1977) started as summer help, trained

by him. Quit after the summer to attend Indiana State University.

PR Mallorys, Greencastle, In. (1978-1998), press operator.

Between layoffs during employment with PR Mallorys worked at a restraunt.

Diploma and six college credits in Criminology after completion of

training and class courses with CTI-Correctional Training Institute,

Westfield, In.  (2001)

It consisted of four months training and classes at the Westfield

Academy and received an A and B+ for the two courses completed, after

which I received a diploma and six college credits forwarded to

Indiana State University, Terre Haute, In.


I attended Indiana State University where I studied my major of

Elementary Education in 1977-1978.  I am considered a Sophmore at

the present due to forward credits from CTI.


I attended Cloverdale High School, Cloverdale, In. and graduated in 1977.

Attended basic elementary school grades one through eight with Mary

McClelland Elementary School, Indpls., In.
