Job Summary
Responsible for the administration and leadership of Healthcare Construction Sustainability/Development and reports to the Senior Vice President of Healthcare Construction. The incumbent is accountable for setting strategy and future direction of the division s sustainability through sales and talent recruitment. Provides leadership and direction to expand clientele and internal succession as the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sustainability strategy. Acts as a partner of the organization leadership team and participates in the strategic planning and the attainment of goals for area of responsibility.

Develop a healthcare growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction

Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs

Arrange business meetings with prospective clients

Promote the company s products/services addressing or predicting clients objectives

Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support

Build long-term relationships with future, new, and existing customers

Develop and implement succession plan for internal sustainability.

Develop company higher learning internship program in conjunction with and through ASHE and ACHE grant funding.

Promote company through client energy conservation & efficiency strategies

Promote company through education, research, and implementation of innovative technology in the Healthcare Built Environment.

Develop opportunities for higher learning research and development with Master and Doctoral candidates.

Promote Company through client Capital Asset Assessment and Turnover Planning.

Support and collaborate with Executive and Project Teams during sales, preconstruction, planning, design, construction, turnover, and post construction.

Promote company through client support in operations and logistics planning and integration during planning, design, and construction.

Develop and implement Lean Healthcare programs, policies and procedures, and standards.

Promote company through participation in 3P Lean Retreats and planning events designed to eliminate client waste.

Promote company through active participation and presentation at ASHE, ACHE, and IHIR events and in publications.
Minimum Requirements
10
years progressive management experience in Healthcare Operations inclusive of Design, Construction, Development, Facilities, Clinical Engineering, Real Estate, Regulatory Compliance, and the Environment of Care, looking at the Point of Patient Care to incorporate solutions from other perspectives while incorporating Best Practices.

Preferred Qualifications

Proven working experience as a Healthcare Operations Executive, or a relevant role

Proven sales record of accomplishment

Experience in customer support is a plus

Proficiency in MS Office and PowerPoint software

Proficiency in English

Market knowledge

Communication and negotiation skills

Ability to build rapport

Time management and planning skills

BS in engineering, architecture, or construction management

MBA in business administration, or relevant field
