Lead Procure to Pay representative driving functional and technical design, requirements, decisions, documentation and validations within various automation, CI or digitization projects and other key business initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Empowered to drive project and initiatives tasks to completion and make informed decisions within various project framework environments, including Agile, on behalf of the Procure to Pay team.
Lead or support inception development and design of automation projects or key functional initiatives.
Foster collaboration within various project management frameworks, including Agile, in order to translate and implement business and technical needs.
Model and document automation, continual improvement, digitization and ERP projects and key functional initiatives.
Perform test and validation activities across various projects and key functional initiatives. Create documentation of test results with thorough summarization for functional teams, project stakeholders and product owners, and leadership.
Communicate effectively and professionally both orally and in writing to all levels of the organization.
Represent stakeholders in automation projects and key functional initiatives, providing recommendations to leadership, product owners and other decision makers on behalf of the Procure to Pay team.
Promote and support Procure to Pay in commercialization efforts, business growth initiatives and other MD&A or deployment duties as assigned.
Consistently demonstrate critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision in a stressful, deadline driven environment.
Other Procure to Pay functional project or initiatives duties as assigned.
Education:
High School Diploma or Equivalent required, Bachelors Degree Preferred.
Experience:
Two years of related Procurement or Payables experience required.
Experience in shared services/internal service delivery role preferred.
Experience in the healthcare industry preferred.
Experience working with PeopleSoft FSCM required.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (2010+) Word and Excel required.
Proficiency with Microsoft (2010+) Access and Visio preferred.
Experience working within a team on large-scale projects preferred.
Demonstrated record of complex problem solving and informed decision making preferred.
Experience working within a continual improvement environment with Six Sigma or Lean training preferred.
