Summary:
The LPN in Ambulatory/Specialty Care Services effectively performs all nursing functions in an efficient manner and in accordance with policies, procedures, and the Indiana Nurse Practice Act. The LPN in Ambulatory/Specialty Care Services manages phone and walk-in triage, assesses patients and documents as appropriate, educates patients and family members and effectively serves as a preceptor and/or resource when called upon.
REQUIREMENTS:
Active Indiana LPN license or eligibility for Indiana licensure
Minimum of one year nursing experience preferred
Current BLS certification (American Heart Association Healthcare Provider preferred)
Bilingual (able to speak and understand) in English and Spanish preferred
