Indianapolis office seeks junior partner or senior real estate attorney preferably having significant real estate experience, including broad and specific knowledge of real estate development matters.
The candidate must have extensive experience with the preparation and negotiation of all types of development and financing documents for commercial real estate transactions and leasing.
Should preferably bring at least $250,000 in portable business.
Must be licensed to practice law in Indiana or eligible for admission on foreign license.
