Responsibilities:
LRL IT serves as a strategic function within Lilly Research Laboratories (LRL). The LRL IT team defines and influences information and business strategies and designs and develops solutions to enable the realization of the LRL and LRL IT strategies. LRL IT is embarking on a journey to transform from a highly application-centric organization to one that emphasizes value driven from information. This transition will require a solid understanding of the LRL business process landscape as well as its foundational information. This foundational knowledge must be supplemented with an understanding of information management and its technological underpinnings.
This role will be primarily be responsible for driving value through the identification of key requirements and partnering with internal and external stakeholders to deliver key capabilities.
This position combines the following roles within the IT Career Framework: Architect, Supplier Manager, Technical Integrator, and Program Manager
Provide program and technical leadership related to LRLs underlying data for information integration initiatives.
Lead development efforts related to extracting data from source systems, transforming that data, and loading it into our integration platform
Obtains and maintains breadth and depth of expertise in tools and technologies in the Information Management space, including information integration, business intelligence, knowledge management, business process management, faceted browsing, and workflow systems.
Guide technology platform decisions.
Lead development and maintenance of data model designs for information assets and the integration platform.
Partner with service providers to ensure the optimal persist and access layers of the integration platform are implemented and maintained.
Provide technical and business leadership across the portfolio to anticipate and resolve key technical, operational, or business problems related to data that impact Information Management within LRL.
Engage directly with our IT and business personnel to solicit functional and strategic requirements and deliver solutions that meet their needs.
Drive team to understand and evaluate the existing and potential items in the portfolio of work to align with LRL business priorities and influence the execution of LRL IT projects in collaboration with vendors, business partners, team and management.
Basic
Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree
7 plus years of experience with technical architectures associated with information integration, data visualization, & data warehousing
SQL experience
Versatility in business integration, project management, and systems/software development and implementation
Expertise in data virtualization tools, techniques and technologies.
Demonstrated experience with and deep knowledge of systems and the integrations between infrastructure technologies (i.e., servers, operating systems, networks, firewalls, security.) and applications or information
Understanding of quality standards and practices, including risk-based methods.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
