In early 2014 US Diabetes will be embarking on one of the most important and exciting times in the history of Eli Lilly and Company. We have the potential to launch 6 innovative products into the US market in 2014 and 2015. The successful launch of these products and the corresponding revenue growth is critical to Eli Lilly. The Diabetes Business Units goal of regaining leadership by 2020 will be determined by how well the US launches these innovative products. These 6 launches in combination with our current portfolio of products, creates an exciting opportunity but also a challenging marketing and customer problem. We must be able to produce and execute the tactics of up to 10 brands in a meaningful way to a single customer in a manner that will help them achieve the best possible outcomes for their patients.
Develop channel strategy based on a deep understanding of the channel, channel trends, and customer behavior within the channel and help brand teams and agency partners understand how the channel can contribute to the achievement of key business objectives
Influence brand investment decisions, at individual and portfolio level, by developing channel guidance based on an understanding of best practices (what works/what doesnt work and why) and deep understanding of customer behavior within the channel
Partner with brand teams, agencies and touchpoint team to develop channel measurement plans (dashboards, analytics) and lead assessment and refinement of programming within the channel
Lead portfolio level evaluation of channel programming to identify opportunities to be more efficient and/or impactful in our execution and investment within the channel.
Identify and Lead opportunities to innovate/pilot within the channel to advance organizational learning and capabilities
Lead evaluation and management of Customer Experience within the channel by leveraging an ongoing assessment of channel Net Promoter Score.
Lead yearly HCP/DIN contracting across the US Diabetes portfolio
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree
At least 3 plus years of marketing/industry experience
Experience using internal and external analysis to identify key areas of new and long term opportunity for individual brand and across the portfolio
Experience working with advertising agency and external partners
Experience within the Peer to Peer Channel

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
