Responsibilities:
In early 2014 US Diabetes will be embarking on one of the most important and exciting times in the history of Eli Lilly and Company. We have the potential to launch 6 innovative products into the US market in 2014 and 2015. The successful launch of these products and the corresponding revenue growth is critical to Eli Lilly. The Diabetes Business Units goal of regaining leadership by 2020 will be determined by how well the US launches these innovative products. These 6 launches in combination with our current portfolio of products creates an exciting opportunity but also a challenging marketing and customer problem. We must be able to produce and execute the tactics of up to 10 brands in a meaningful way to a single customer in a manner that will help them achieve the best possible outcomes for their patients.
Provide Diabetes leadership and guidance to the Digital Lilly project (evaluation of a Lilly mobile platform solution to leverage emerging technology to provide Patients, HCPs and Payers a closed loop system to drive accountable health)
Develop a targeting strategy for emerging channel opportunities based on a deep understanding of the trends, market
events
, and customer behavior to drive plan development and critical assumptions for projects
Work across brand teams and agency partners to identify opportunities to evaluate emerging channels to advance organizational learning and capabilities
Lead opportunities to innovate/pilot within the emerging channels or under leveraged channels
Partner with CEM/ICE team to assess opportunities from their emerging channel work and Lead Diabetes efforts to scale that learning
Partner with market research, agencies and touchpoint team to develop measurement plans (dashboards, analytics) and lead the assessment of value of an emerging channel and opportunity to seize that value
Lead evaluation of how an emerging channel can potentially contribute to improving Customer Experience leveraging Net Promoter Scores
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree
At least 3 years of marketing/industry experience
Experience using internal and external analysis to identify key areas of new and long term opportunity for individual brand and across the portfolio
Experience working with advertising agency and external partners
Experience working with agency and external partners
Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to be employed in the United States. Lilly does not anticipate providing sponsorships for employment visa status (e.g. , H-1B or TN status) for this position

Proven ability to be proactive in problem identification and solution development
Self-directed, strong project management and prioritization skills

Disease State experience/expertise
US Affiliate marketing materials approval process experience (PCA, FCAP, QCLT)

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
