Must Have:
Consulting Experience of Manufacturing IT applications rationalization for a manufacturer having global manufacturing set-up. Full lifecycle implementation experience of the level 3 manufacturing MES : PMX System Administration, PMX Recipe, PMX Schedule, PMX Dispense, PMX EBR, PMX Visual, PMX Warehouse, PMX Equipment Management, PMX SkillTrack, PMX Connect. Exposure to Level 1, Level2 applications at the shop floor. Knowledge of ISA95/S88 standards & practical use of these standards in application design, Knowledge of Pharma manufacturing. Good Communication and Analytical skills

Role - Manufacturing IT Consultant
Responsibility - Client engagement, Stake holder analysis, Business process mapping, Application architecture assessment, Requirement Analysis, Define changes & enhancements to the business processes for manufacturing excellence, Define & recommend target applications architecture. Prepare recommendations summary & ROI calculations.
