Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Human Resources Assistant to join our team.
The ideal candidate will support the HR department in various administrative tasks and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties - Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives - Maintain employee records (soft and hard copies) - Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc.
) - Coordinate HR projects, meetings, and training seminars - Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees - Assist with recruitment processes including job postings, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks - Support the implementation of HR programs Requirements:
- Proven work experience as an HR Assistant or relevant role - Knowledge of HR processes and best practices - Familiarity with HRIS systems such as Dayforce, Paylocity, or similar software - Strong understanding of benefits administration and performance management - Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks - Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion with sensitive information - Strong communication skills for effective interaction with employees at all levels - Proficiency in data entry and record keeping - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual looking to grow their career in Human Resources.
