Pinnacle Partners is assisting our client in their search for a Business Analyst to join their team in the Indianapolis, IN area. This successful resource will be responsible for analyzing processes and data, while resolving problems efficiently.
Responsibilities:
Define and document business requirements and processes Write functional design specifications Develop and lead the team through prototyping of solutions Develop test plans for implementation Analyze data, programs, and processes to identify root issues Identify opportunities for improvement after throughout analysis Develop and track project tasks, schedules, and budgets while managing project scope Serve as liaison between the business and software application teams REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree 3
years of experience as a Business Analyst Experience creating system requirements, working with packaged ERP or Warehouse Management System applications Working knowledge of Windows Servers Proficiency with SQL query or query tools Working knowledge of Relational Database Management System concepts Strong communication and troubleshooting skills PREFERRED SKILLS:
Experience working on digital transformation projects Lean or Agile experience Microsoft Power Apps knowledge TERMS:
This position is a direct hire with a salary up to $90K based on experience. Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
