Our full time cleaners average gross between $1500 to $2000 per bi-weekly direct deposit pay period, based on their chosen schedules.
This amount doesn't include tips, monthly and quarterly bonuses opportunities and mileage reimbursement, they are extras and on top! NO NIGHTS! NO WEEKENDS if you don't want them! NO major HOLIDAYS (6)! F/T

House cleaning can be tiring:
you must be able to stand on your feet all day with light lifting up to 20 lbs, bend, kneel, and twist while performing the necessary cleaning duties throughout the day with no issues doing so.
Must have a valid driver's license, a good running car to get to and from work and provide proof of auto insurance and a smartphone for work.
Must be comfortable and enjoy working independently- we clean as solo cleaners Must be honest, trustworthy, energetic, positive, and take ownership in your choices.
Hard work and motivation are a MUST! Service Areas:
Must be willing to travel to the following services area:
Indianapolis (within 20 miles of Castleton):
Castleton, Lawrence, Geist, Broadripple, Downtown Indianapolis, Fishers, Carmel, Westfield, Noblesville, McCordsville, and Zionsville.
