IU Human Resources seeks a project based, part-time employee to join our team.
Job Summary
- Scans and indexes documents in the OnBase document management system, per standard operating procedure.
- Ensures proper storage and disposal of documents according to document retention standards.
- Proactively identifies system and document issues and consults with HR staff to remedy.
- Assists as needed with ongoing file maintenance and HR OnBase setup.
- Performs other clerical duties as needed.

EDUCATION
Required
- High school diploma or equivalent (such as HSED or GED)

- Clerical experience
