IU Human Resources seeks a project based, part-time employee to join our team.
Job Summary
  • Scans and indexes documents in the OnBase document management system, per standard operating procedure.
  • Ensures proper storage and disposal of documents according to document retention standards.
  • Proactively identifies system and document issues and consults with HR staff to remedy.
  • Assists as needed with ongoing file maintenance and HR OnBase setup.
  • Performs other clerical duties as needed.

Combinations of related education and experience may be considered. Education beyond the minimum required may be substituted for work experience. Work experience beyond the minimum required may be substituted for education.
EDUCATION
Required
  • High school diploma or equivalent (such as HSED or GED)
WORK EXPERIENCE
Preferred
  • Clerical experience
SKILLS
Required
  • Ability to communicate clearly in a pleasant and professional manner
  • Strong attention to detail and consistency

Bloomington, Indiana OR Indianapolis, Indiana
Advertised Salary
$15.00 per hour
Work Hours
20 hours per week during IU HR's hours of operation (8-5pm, Monday-Friday)

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
