Responsibilities:

BusinessDevelopment Strategy:
- Develop and implement comprehensivebusiness development strategies aligned with the company's growth objectivesand industry trends.
- Identify potential market segments,customers, and partnerships to target for new business opportunities.
2.
LeadGeneration and Prospecting:
- Conduct market research to identifypotential clients and assess their needs and preferences.
- Generate leads through various channels,including cold-calling, networking, attending industry events, and utilizingdigital platforms.
3.
ClientRelationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationshipswith prospective and existing clients to understand their requirements andprovide solutions that meet their needs.
- Conduct regular follow-ups and engage inongoing communication to ensure client satisfaction and foster long-termpartnerships.
4.
ProposalDevelopment:
- Prepare compelling business proposals andpresentations, showcasing the company's products/services and valueproposition.
- Customize proposals to address specificclient needs and demonstrate a deep understanding of their challenges andgoals.

Negotiationand Deal Closing:
- Lead negotiations with clients, working tosecure contracts and close deals in line with established terms and conditions.
- Collaborate with legal and finance teamsto ensure all contractual agreements are aligned with company policies andstandards.

SalesPerformance Analysis:
- Monitor sales performance metrics,analyzing data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Provide regular reports to management,offering insights into the effectiveness of business development strategies.
7.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with marketing, productdevelopment, and operations teams to align strategies, share market insights,and ensure seamless execution of business plans.
- Work closely with the sales team tohandover and provide support during the client onboarding process.
8.
MarketIntelligence:
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends,competitive landscapes, and regulatory changes that could impact businessdevelopment efforts.
- Utilize market intelligence to refinestrategies and remain competitive in the marketplace.
Requirements:
- Bachelor'sdegree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBApreferred).
- Proven trackrecord of at least 5-7 years in business development, sales, or a related role,preferably in the relevant industry or market.
- Strongunderstanding of business development strategies and techniques, with a trackrecord of successful lead generation and deal closure.
- Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients andstakeholders.
- Ability tothink strategically, analyze market data, and make data-driven decisions.
- Result-orientedwith a focus on meeting and exceeding targets.
- Strongnegotiation skills and the ability to influence others positively.
- Proficiency inusing CRM software and other business development tools.
- Willingness totravel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
