Summary:
Responsible for coordinating a wide variety of warehouse activities including, but not limited to:
order processing of inbound receipts and outbound shipments, and monitoring and maintaining inventory records.
General daily coordinating activities include planning and organizing work schedules, communicating effectively with vendors and logistic partners, and assisting Operations in the warehouse as needed.
Essential Duties &
Responsibilities:
Responsible to follow all procedures and processes involved with, but not limited to:
o Receiving and processing customer orders of receipts and shipments o The movement of materials around the facility o Maintain clear product segregation through identification and location o Identifying and resolving operational issues for customer orders of receipts and shipments Work with area leadership and other team members to enforce specific business processes/procedures including but not limited to:
o Detailed knowledge and ability to perform the client order entry processess o Internal facility product flow by optimizing warehouse storage locations for efficient space utilization o Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Client Operating Procedures (COP) Operating various industrialized powered vehicles.
This would include but not be limited to:
o Forklifts o Walkie Riders o Packaging equipment Assist in investigations, when applicable, of shipment or receipt of materials or services provided that do not meet Sentry SOP/COP or Client standards Involved in defining and ensuring compliance with all SOPs/COPs for business needs Responsible for maintaining proper inventory control using procedures and documentation for material stored in the facility Voluntarily carry an on-call phone and respond to after-hours alarm situations and/or emergencies Additional duties as assigned by Supervisor, Manager, or Director of Operations Competencies:

Any college level degree is preferred.
Three (3) to five (5) years of warehouse experience is required.
Warehouse Management System (WMS) experience is required.
Experience with arranging receipts and/or shipments of materials with logistics providers is preferred.
Knowledge and operation of various industrialized powered vehicles is required.
Experience in the pharmaceutical and/or biotech industry or related field is preferred.
Computer Skills Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
) and Web Browser required.
Experience with bar code WMS is preferred.
Language Skills Ability to read and interpret documents such as regulatory, safety rules, training manuals, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Ability to effectively communicate with Clients through routine reports and correspondence.
Mathematical Skills Basic Skills:
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Reasoning Ability Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
