You must be able to provide the leadership necessary to ensure the restaurant can sustain an acceptable level of day-to-day operations.

Controls day-to-day operations by scheduling labor, ordering food and supplies, and developing the restaurant teamEnsures OSHA, local health and safety codes, and company safety and security policy are metControls profit & loss, by following cash control/security procedures, maintaining inventory, managing labor, reviewing financial reports, and taking appropriate actionsRecruits, interviews, and hires team members, conducts performance appraisals, takes discipline action, motivates and trainsHas authority to hire and fire (or participate in those decisions)Ensures maintenance of equipment, facility, and grounds through the use of a preventative maintenance programEnsures food quality and 100% customer satisfactionEnsures complete and timely execution of corporate & local marketing programsEnsures a safe working and customer experience environment by facilitating safe work behaviors of the teamRecognition and motivation effortsAdditional Dedication to providing exceptional customer serviceGood communication skills, and strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skillsExceptional team building capabilityBasic business math and accounting skills, and strong analytical/decision-making skillsBasic personal computer literacyCollege or university Degree Preferred but will consider experienceSupervisory experience in either a food service or retail environment, including Profit & Loss responsibility You are applying for work with a franchisee of Taco Bell, not Taco Bell Corp.
