RN Homecare Float Nurse Contract
We are looking to develop a nursing float pool for our homecare offices in Indiana.
The territory would be between Richmond, Indiana, and Indianapolis, Indiana.
Nurses would be supportive of our full-time homecare nurses and would provide nursing visits.
Visits would include assessments,wound care, dressing changes, and general nursing duties.
The nursing float pool would be a flexible solution to meet the fluctuating demands of our homecare offices in Indiana.
By having a dedicated team of nurses available, we can ensure timely and efficient coverage for our patients in the specified territory.
This approach will not only enhance the quality of care provided but also allow our full-time homecare nurses to focus on more complex cases, ultimately improving overall patient outcomes.
