As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a vital role in maintaining an efficient inventory system, ensuring timely distribution of equipment, and contributing to the overall success of our hockey programs.

Responsibilities:
Inventory Management:
Receive, organize, and maintain accurate inventory of hockey equipment, gear, and supplies.
Utilize inventory management systems to track stock levels and reorder as needed.
Order Fulfillment:
Process and fulfill orders for hockey equipment, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to various teams, players, and events.
Collaborate with team managers to meet specific equipment requirements.
Quality Control:
Inspect and assess the quality of incoming and outgoing hockey gear.
Report any defects, damages, or discrepancies to the Warehouse Supervisor.
Equipment Maintenance:
Assist in the maintenance and repair of hockey equipment, including sticks, helmets, and protective gear.
Ensure equipment meets safety standards and regulations.
Shipping and Receiving:
Prepare shipments for outbound delivery and receive incoming deliveries.
Coordinate with shipping carriers to ensure timely and cost-effective transportation.
Collaboration:
Work closely with other warehouse associates, team managers, and administrative staff to support the overall needs of the hockey association.
Safety Compliance:
Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols when handling and storing hockey equipment.
Report any safety concerns or incidents promptly.
Qualifications:
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to lift and move heavy objects, including hockey bags and equipment.
Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.
Effective communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
