Operations Manager Summary RCS is the country's first full-service x-ray garment solution provider.
For the past ten years we have been servicing healthcare networks by cleaning, sanitizing, repairing, x-ray scanning, and selling x-ray garments.
Our proprietary RADCOMPLY(TM) software keeps hospitals compliant with state and federal regulations and provides full inventory tracking for their radiation protection equipment.

Responsibilities RCS cleans and sanitizes all types of protective, lead wearable garments from different manufacturers and industries.
The Cleaning Technician is responsible for carrying out the physical operations involved in the proprietary cleaning process.
Responsibilities include the following:

RCS Pre-Servicing Protocol a.
Responsible for following the RCS Pre-Servicing Protocol accordingly for all protective, lead wearable garments on-site for servicing.

Responsible for following the RCS Cleaning Protocol accordingly for all protective, lead wearable garments on-site for servicing.

Clean Up a.
Technicians will ensure floors are dry, equipment is cleaned/rinsed/stored appropriately, and room is prepared accordingly for the next shift OTHER ACTIVITIES PERFORMED AS NEEDED QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE A High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a physical environment, such as a shop, factory, construction, assembly line, etc.
LANGUAGE SKILLS Ability to read, write and speak English clearly and effectively.
Must possess the ability to interact professionally with customers during pick up and delivery of garments.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure.
SOFTWARE SKILLS N/A REASONING ABILITY Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS.
High School Diploma or equivalent GED Certificate.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use their hands for work and must be able to speak and hear.
The employee frequently is required to stand.
The employee is frequently required to walk.
The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 30 pounds.
The employee must regularly push and pull heavy racks of materials into position.
The employee must be able to bend/stoop frequently to move and position materials.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, and ability to adjust focus.
Employees must have valid driver's license and may be asked at times to drive to perform certain tasks.
