POSITION SUMMARY As Warehouse Team Lead of the Operations team, your responsibilities will include managing the Operations Team, as well as all operations for new employees.
This will include training new employees for their roles, establishing performance requirements for the operations team that align with customer specifications and meeting with your team to ensure that they are performing at the level expected to move forward to other areas of the operations team.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS FOR THIS POSITION:
Manage, coordinate, direct, lead and mentor all operations employees during their probationary period.
This includes, all Operations processes.
Work directly with the operations management team to establish performance expectations for the Operations team.
Manage daily workflow to ensure that all members of the Operations team are working & communicating with the Ops team efficiently.
Plan and implement evolving training processes, based on ever-changing Operations procedures.
Provide performance feedback to both the management team and to employees.
Establish hiring needs based on employee performance and operation's needs.
Manage, maintain and implement customer tracking expectations.
Provide first day orientation to all new hires.
Regular and predictable attendance Must know how to operate fork lift.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
