Position Type:
Full-time We are looking for a passionate and dedicated candidate with little or no experience.
As a Junior Lab Technician, you will be responsible for conducting various tests and experiments on plastic materials to ensure quality, compliance, and adherence to industry standards.
After an initial training period, you will be working closely with the Lab team to learn the basic knowledge for the position of Junior Lab.
The ideal candidate must have good aptitude to use and take care the precision instruments.
This position is an entry level position and the position reports to the Lab supervisor.
Role and Responsibilities Test and record all material samples, raw materials, and finished goods in an efficient and accurate manner.
Ensure consistent testing and sampling of products are within the manufacturer's specs.
Ensure that all safety guidelines are always followed strictly.
Maintain, clean lab equipment and keep it in a serviceable condition.
Qualifications and Education Requirements High School diploma or equivalent No experience required.
Skills Requirements Competent written and oral communication skills Ability to stand or sit for prolonged periods of time.
Ability to lift sixty pounds.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new laboratory techniques and procedures.
Ability to work in varying temperatures, humidity, and moisture environments.
