YOUR OPPORTUNITY:
As a member of Finance, you'll play an integral role in shaping the future of the Shared Services organizations.
You will be involved as we modify processes by launching multiple new initiatives to streamline how we do business.
In this role you will work with business partners and customers to ensure receivables are accurate and posted timely.
HERE'S HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT:
Reporting to the Merchant Services Supervisor, you will be responsible for processing credit card refunds daily, collaborating with our sales partners, and managing a diverse workload.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING ON A DAILY BASIS:
Process and post ISP refunds (200-500 items) Manage the Authorize.
net accounts and administer Payeezy logins for team members.
Partner closely with sales representative and AR team to plan and ensure accurate posting of transactions.
Regularly generate reports on errors, exceptions, and transaction balancing WHAT WE WANT YOU TO ACCOMPLISH:
First 30 days Process and post Partner credit card refunds, administer corporate and Partner MIDs and terminals, and reconcile department credit card account to increase efficiency and accuracy.
First 60 days Become an SME on accounting and order entry systems (Oracle, PeopleSoft, Salesforce) WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TABLE:
Proven ability to process credit card refunds and balance department credit cards daily (100-300 daily) Demonstrated success managing a diverse workload and prioritizing based on current business and time constraints.
Multiple examples of collaboration with multiple internal and external partners Associate of bachelor's degree preferred.
PHYSICAL ACTIVITES:
Daily activity includes but is not limited to:
Reading, communication, simple math.
Being able to sit for long periods of time.
Looking at a computer for long periods of time.
