Security Guard

We are looking for motivated individuals that are interested in picking up extra shifts on a part time basis, with the option to transition to a full-time position later on.
We pay our contractors and employees above the industry average but does vary depending on the detail.
Each applicant will have to submit training records and a resume to be considered for a call back and interview.
Military and prior law enforcement experience preferred but not required.
Responsibilities:
- Patrol and monitor premises regularly to maintain a safe and secure environment - Protect property from theft, vandalism, and other illegal activities - Enforce rules and regulations to prevent unauthorized entry or activity - Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances - Monitor surveillance cameras and report any suspicious behavior or incidents - Provide assistance to customers, employees, and visitors as needed - Complete detailed reports on incidents, observations, and activities during each shift Skills:
- Strong observation and attention to detail - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations - Basic knowledge of security procedures and protocols - Familiarity with CCTV systems and other security equipment is a plus This position requires a high level of responsibility and the ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism.
