- Patrol assigned areas and maintain a high visibility presence to deter illegal and inappropriate actions - Monitor surveillance cameras and alarm systems to ensure the safety and security of the premises - Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify potential security risks or hazards - Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, and alarms, and take appropriate action - Write detailed incident reports and maintain accurate records of all activities during shift - Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors, employees, and contractors with inquiries or concerns - Enforce access control procedures and verify the identity of individuals entering or exiting the premises - Collaborate with law enforcement agencies as necessary to resolve security-related issues
Experience:
- Previous experience as a security guard or in a related field is preferred but not required - Knowledge of security operations and procedures is a plus - Strong observation skills and attention to detail - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations - Basic computer skills for operating surveillance systems and generating reports Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and additional duties may be assigned as needed.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
