We have an immediate long-term opportunity with one of our key clients for a position of Desktop Support Technician, to work in Indianapolis, IN.
As a Desktop Support Technician, you will play a vital role in providing technical support and troubleshooting services to our healthcare professionals and staff.
Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the proper configuration and functionality of hardware and software systems, including Windows Operating Systems, MS Office, VPN, and various devices.
Skills and
Qualifications:
Previous experience in providing desktop support in a healthcare environment is required.
Strong proficiency in Windows Operating Systems, MS Office, and healthcare-related software applications.
Experience with VPN configurations and troubleshooting.
Familiarity with IP, wireless, and analog phone systems, preferably in a healthcare setting.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with a patient-focused approach.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic healthcare environment.
Full vaccination against COVID-19 is required for this position.
Relevant certifications and training in healthcare technology support are preferred.
