$55-60/hr Depending on ExperienceSummaryAssist our Fortune 500 Medical Device client's Commercial Excellence team by providing business process mapping to visually document and assess activities and steps required in order to fulfill tasks, processes, or series of tasks.
Provide cross-functional business process mapping to improve and document processes across the Commercial Supply Chain.
Responsibilities Conduct assessments of current business processes, identifying bottlenecks, redundancies, and areas for improvement Analyze process maps to identify opportunities for streamlining, automation, or optimization Develop and present actionable recommendations to enhance process efficiency and effectiveness Gather relevant data and metrics to quantify process performance and efficiency Identify key pain points and gaps of current commercial processes CJ/VS future process mapping and forecasting Identify process improvement opportunities, short & long term Identify process automation opportunities, short & long term Identify system/data integration or mapping opportunities Collaborate with matter experts to understand and improve processes behind commercial systems Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand business goals, objectives, and pain points Assist in designing change management plans to ensure successful implementation of process improvements Act as a trusted advisor, providing guidance on best practices and process improvement strategies Skillset Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field Understanding and experience working in Commercial and Financial Operations Proven experience as a business process mapping consultant or in a similar role (ideally 5
years of experience Strong knowledge of process mapping techniques and tools Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Effective communication and presentation skills Ability to manage multiple projects Business Process Consultant Recommended Skills Analytical Assessments Automation Business Administration Business Processes Change Management Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
