Reviewing Open Table and ensuring special requests, special occasions and notes are clear for review by the team.
Read, return emails and phone calls - update Tripleseat and sent out contracts from the system.
Email event receipts to guests.
Update BEO's with any adjustments that may come through.
Ensure chefs are aware of any updates/changes as arise.
Ensure menus are printed for private dining events.
Greet event host upon arrival and ensure all details are taken care of.
Work in a team-oriented, high-volume, fast-paced, guest-centric environment to provide guests with a fresh dining experience that celebrates living well by:
Demonstrating genuine hospitality and setting the stage for an exceptional Dining Experience by making every single guest feel welcome at the door Engaging in friendly conversation as you seat guests in a timely fashion Introducing guests to their server Managing restaurant waiting list during high volume to accurately set guest expectations Always sincerely thanking guests as they leave and inviting them to return Cleaning and sanitizing Guest touch points in the restaurant Benefits to joining our team include:
