Facilities Operations Lead - Indianapolis

The Facilities Operations Lead is responsible for coordinating the planning, training and implementation of all repairs and/or preventive maintenance on buildings, grounds, or equipment for all VOAOHIN facilities.
This position is responsible for ensuring that facilities are working within proper safety and health codes and/or regulations, that all maintenance activities are compliant with local building codes and OSHA regulations, and that they are conducted within budgetary constraints.

Preferred applicants must have a high school diploma or equivalent with one year of maintenance/trade experience.
This is Mobile position, Candidate must have a valid driver's license.
