Maintenance Crew Member
Job Type Full-time, Part-time, Temporary Description This position is responsible for the maintenance of Engledow clients' properties.
This includes working with a team to complete the necessary tasks.
Position includes but is not limited to:
watering, weeding, edging, trimming, mulching, planting, pruning, snow removal in winter season and trash removal, and other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
Provide maintenance services to Engledow customers in a timely and efficient manner while maintaining quality standards.
Engledow Group standardized levels of safety and quality are to be met at each client location.
Includes snow removal services in the winter season.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND
Responsibilities:
oAssist team and Supervisor in the coordination and implementation of contracts.
oOversee equipment use to maximize life and minimize repairs.
oMaintain properties including watering, mulching, weeding, planting, pruning, trimming oSnow removal services in winter season, along with trash removal on specific sites oCommunicate equipment needs and issues to Supervisor using appropriate paperwork.
oUnderstand the needs of each client site.
oBe creative in accomplishing the work quickly and with the highest level of quality.
oAttend various meetings as requested oParticipate in tailgate safety sessions.
oAssist in snow removal and help other divisions when required.
oCommunicate issues or safety hazards to Supervisor oStrong Teamwork skills oAbility to pass a drug screen and background screen oAbility to work in inclement weather, including extreme heat and cold oAbility to lift up to 60 lbs.

Requirements Be creative in accomplishing the work quickly and accurately Communicate with Supervisor regarding issues at properties Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs, walk, stand, bend, kneel for long periods Maintain Engledow driving and safety standards A valid Indiana driver's license with six points or less is required.
You must be willing and able to pass a drug screen, and background screen Recommended Skills Maintenance Occupational Safety And Health Quality Management Team Working Trimming Creativity Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
