Supply Chain Analyst EXP
PDS Tech is currently recruiting for an Experienced Supply Chain Analyst in Indianapolis, IN!
Summary:
Support supplier accounts, administration with suppliers, and supplier negotiations.
AREA OF EXPERTISE:
Position's primary responsibility is to work with the Floor Supervisors to ensure Inventory is being stored in accordance with Department regulations.
GENERAL
Responsibilities:
o Monitor incoming production and ensure the warehouse has appropriate storage availability.
o Assist with all documentation and administration of unit storage/inventory using multiple software tools including SAP EWM, SAP ECC, and Microsoft Office.
o Assist with all product receiving for items not produced in the Indianapolis Manufacturing Plant.
o Assist QA group to ensure no quality issues escape the warehouse.
o Work with Floor Supervisors to set up Inventory Management best practices.
o Monitor bin storage through cycle counts, audits, and by using various reports.
o Assist with the Annual Physical Inventory o Maintain and develop positive business relationships with key personnel involved in or directly relevant to Quality/Inventory Management.
o Other related duties as assigned by management.
LEVEL OF RESPONSIBILITY:
o Contributes to their team or department by applying their knowledge of one or more functional areas o Fully developed professional able to work without direct guidance or direction from others.
o Has in depth knowledge of the discipline and role.
TYPICAL EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
o 2-4
years' experience in Inventory Management o Some College Preferred
Qualifications:
- tickets to entry (E), preferred (P), ideal (I) o (E) Prior experience in the Warehouse Industry.
o (E) Strong quality and customer satisfaction orientation.
o (E) Previous experience using ERP software, ideally SAP EWM and SAP - Sales to Cash module (ECC) o (E) High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
o (E) Capacity to communicate professionally in written and verbal format across a wide audience.
o (E) Team oriented perspective; able to work well & contribute with other points of view.
o (P) Highly organized with strong attention to detail, while also able to manage multiple priorities.
o (P) Ability to work in self-directed manner to identify needs of the organization and/or customer.
o (P) Strong analytical skills o (P) Superior organizational, follow-up and follow-through skills.
Pay Details:
$35.
00 to $37.
