To ensure building(s) are properly maintained to meet all necessary functions and goals, operating efficiently and upholds a professional appearance.
Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
All minor and major repairs, maintenance and remodeling within your scope Daily emergency call response (flood, fire, lock-outs) Proper cleaning and pick-up after jobs Maintain records and receipts of work Maintain HIPAA and FERPA compliance Any additional agreed upon responsibilities Knowledge, Skills and Experience (Basic and Extensive) in the following areas:
Framing, drywall, painting, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, landscaping, cleaning, flooring, lighting, sprinkler systems, commercial doors, etc.
Must work well under Facility Manager's direction.
Work Hours:
Work hours are flexible, day, evening, and/or weekend shifts available.
Any work that can be safely and efficiently completed during regular hours of operation may occur between 7:
45 am-4:
15 pm, Monday-Friday.
Must be available after 3:
30pm on weekdays and weekends when necessary to complete projects that are potential hazards or distractions for clients.
Long term projects may require a temporary shifted schedule to complete after hours.
Must be available to arrive at 7:
00 am on snow/ice days to ensure proper plowing and salting was completed before staff and client arrivals.
