As a lead member of the creative team, you will be the champion for establishing production solutions for both JD and Finish Line.
As a Creative Production Manager, you lead by example to guide the team of production artists and freelancers to execute established creative direction and brand standards across a multitude of channels.

You are a master of the print and digital production process and quick learner that can understand and translate the technicalities required to lead the production of design for placements throughout our extensive fleet of stores and digital properties.
In this role, you lead an essential and integrated pillar of the creative team working directly with Creative Directors, Art Directors, Sr.
Project Managers and Designers with deep focus on effectively producing design executions with efficiency and quality.
As a leader you know how to provide clear concise direction, inspire your team, foster innovation, promote collaboration and manage performance.
As a direct contributor, you know how to work alongside your team to meet the continued demand of the business.

Lead, inspire and mentor team of production artists and freelancers Work alongside Creative Director, Art Directors and Coordinators to develop successful project plans.
Maintain a comprehensive and up to date understanding of store formats, placement sizes and specifications across both Finish Line and JD Stores.
Be hands on with extending and executing established design direction for print and digital placement across channels including retail store, site, social, email, blog and app Primary point of contact for external print production vendor to produce retail experiences for flagship and balance of chain stores.
Create layouts and placements with Brand Partner created assets and visual centers Execute recurring and seasonal priority programs with previously established design / templates including sale, Affiliate, App, launch product notifications and corporate requests.
Manage and support the completion of cross channel executions for seasonal campaigns, key programs and initiatives based on size of scope for placements.
Responsible for upholding and quality assurance with print pre-production and production details, specifications and delivery including uploading final production files to partner sites / servers.
Oversee and complete store fulfillment and standard visual merchandising requests including prototyping, testing and implementing new or updated store/ print formats and materials.
Work with brand design teams to maintain brand standards with up to date guidelines, specifications and templates.
Work in collaboration with creative coordinators and external production partners to ensure projects are delivered on time and on spec.
Troubleshoot problems as they arise with both the creative team and print production partners.

Required Education and/or Experience Bachelor's degree (B.
A.
) from a four-year college or a combination of the experience listed below.
Internal JD Finish Line experience strongly preferred.
Experience leading a team of production artists Mastery of the print production process including materials and substrates Solid understanding of the digital production process and formats including mobile and app 5
years of print production experience Exceptional communication skills Expert knowledge and proficiency of Adobe Creative Suite Bonus points for basic knowledge of Adobe Premier and/or After Effects Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.

Pay range:
$80,000 - $90,000 (Depending on Experience); 15% bonus target.
This role will be eligible for medical, dental, vision, 401k, sick leave, parental leave, and company paid time off plan.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
