- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner - Check-in and check-out guests, ensuring accuracy of information - Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries - Schedule appointments - Proficiently answer questions about products and services - Maintain a clean and organized front desk and skincare area.
Help maintain service areas and restrooms - Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth guest experiences - Assist with project coordination as needed.
Additional responsibilities will be discussed during the hiring process Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service, and retail role preferred.
Experience in a Spa/ Med Spa would be preferred.
