Our ideal candidate will be a jack-of-all-trades, with in-depth knowledge of maintenance procedures and basic tools.

Maintenance Technician
Responsibilities:
Repairing faulty equipment units and damaged structures.
Repairing plumbing fixtures and replacing water heaters.
Performing general maintenance tasks including minor electrical, drywall repairs, painting, and carpentry.
Updating and completing work orders as work is completed.
Replace and repair building finishes such as ceiling tiles, door hardware, wall paper, and can paint walls, piping, floors and equipment Possess competent knowledge of the use and care of tools and equipment used in facility and ground maintenance Respond immediately to emergency situations and customer service requests as assigned.
Travel around Indianapolis as well as surrounding cities to visit all properties that the company manages.
