Recruiting Manager
City Wide Facility Solutions - Indy is seeking a full time, in office- Recruiting Manager to join our successful team!City Wide, the nation's leading management company in the building maintenance industry, provides solutions to a wide range of issues clients face at their facilities.
In this position, you will serve the City Wide Facility Solutions - Indy, one of more than 90 markets covered across the United States and Canada.
Position Overview:
The Recruiting Manager will assist with the continued growth and development of Recruiting for both full time and part time roles throughout Indianapolis and surrounding locations.
This position would report to the leadership team.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for recruiting exempt/non-exempt level employees including sourcing, interviews, administering assessments and background checks, extending job offers and administrative follow-up with candidates.
Assist the independent recruiting team for needs as requested or required.
Management of a small team to handle all recruiting needs.
Delivers HR support and services to foster a positive culture within City Wide, aligning HR disciplines with organizational goals and strategy.
Administers various human resource plans and process for all company personnel; assists in the development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures; prepares and maintains employee handbook and policies.
Maintain compliance with federal and state regulations concerning employment laws.
Desired Skills/
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field required.
3-4 years of Corporate Recruiting and/or Independent Contractor Experience Preferred Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Applications Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred, but not required.
Must maintain professionalism.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Pay :
Salary based on experience.
