Summary:
The Human Resource Generalist handles and provides support for various HR employee programs within the organization.
The Human Resource Generalist provides assistance with and facilitates the human resource services with all departments.
This role administers employee health and welfare plans and resolves benefits-related problems to ensure effective use of plans, positive employee relations, and administered in accordance with federal and state regulations.
This role supports the human resource function as needed; including hiring, record-keeping, file maintenance, and HRIS entry.

Human Resource Function Maintains listing of approved positions along with assigned salary grade levels.
Maintains current non-exempt job descriptions in cooperation with managers and supervisors.
Manages the hiring process by coordinating job requisitions, job postings, reviewing resumes, performing interviews, completing reference & background checks and coordinating drug screens.
Manages onboarding process and prepares new-hire files.
Maintains personnel files in compliance with applicable legal requirements.
Processes personnel actions and ensures proper approvals.
Conducts new employee onboarding and training.
Maintains personnel files in compliance with applicable legal requirements.
Keeps employee records up to date by processing employee status changes in timely fashion.
Administers health and welfare plan enrollments, changes, and terminations.
Processes required documents through payroll and insurance providers to ensure accurate record-keeping and proper deductions.
Completes Forms I-9, verifies I-9 documentation and maintains I-9 files.
Conducts audits of payroll, benefits or other HR programs and recommends corrective action.
Coordinates and assists in planning and implementing company events.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
