Responsibilities:
Work with the Sales Department, Branch Managers and Customers on monitoring and scheduling preventative maintenance on equipment by utilizing telematics.
? Register new machines for manufacture telematics ? Register extended warranties for equipment ? Utilize telematics to schedule needed preventive maintenance services with managers and customers ? Manage oil samples from equipment services ? Make sure all components of transportation are complete- Equipment Movement Records (EMR's),pictures and check in reports are completed in a timely manner ? Complete work order reviews and prepare for closing ? Assist with technician credit card receipt coding ? Learn manufacturer websites ? Cross train in Time posting, Parts ordering, and Shipping to fill in as needed REQUIREMENTS (Skills, Technology, and Physical Requirements) ? Valid driver's license and must meet General Liability driving requirements in order to operate a company vehicle when necessary.
? Strong customer skills ? Good organization skills ? Ability to type and proficient computer skills Job Type:
