We are working with a global, $multimillion client who are technology innovators, custom manufacturers, and electrical systems trouble-shooters for heavy industry.
They design, engineer, produce, and service industrial power systems and control systems, specialising in electric rotating machinery for high-demand applications across mining, mills, and heavy industry.
Due to global growth, they are looking for multiple Senior Software Application Developers to work on their drill automation product, to be based in Indiana, or close to a major US airport.
These Senior Software Application Developer roles will report to the Director of Automation Centre of Excellence, and will be responsible for developing new code for their autonomous drill system.
In this role, you will design and deploy software to meet the needs of their autonomous products, whilst evaluating and updating existing applications.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in C# development, as well as working as a DevOps team.
Experience using both Agile and Waterfall Methodologies is essential for this role.
In this Senior Software Application Developer role, you will also be responsible for:
Accurately documenting programming and code changes and submitting for peer review.
Utilising industry-accepted testing methods, whilst troubleshooting and rectifying software flaws.
Assisting with developing technical documentation to represent the design and code of the system.
Working collaboratively with the software development team to develop new code in an agile environment.
Understanding client requirements and creating new application features accordingly.
Essential requirements are:
A Bachelor's degree in computer or software engineering.

years' experience in C# development, with an emphasis on front end.
Strong experience in developing software applications for autonomous equipment as part of a DevOps team.
Proficiency in using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
