The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for managing the HR functions of the company including recruiting, hiring, onboarding, benefits administration, payroll, and accounting.
The Human Resources Specialist will also support the development of HR programs and procedures to support the company's growth.
Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
Entering new hire information into system and maintaining employee files Processing weekly payroll Running benefit reports Client facing with client Administrative support:
assisting with other administrative duties as needed Required Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) with experience (emphasis on Excel) Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with a wide range of people from different levels of experience levels.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize work load in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Attention to detail required.
