Position Duties & Responsibilities The following statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed.

Lead the strategic development and execution of the Impact team's operational processes, procedures and practices Lead the strategicexecution ofImpact operations and process management including grantmakingadministration and tracking, management of grants contracts and compliance, andmanagement of Impact CRM tracking and ongoing maintenance Lead the strategy and execution of UWCI's accreditation process to assess and certify partner organizations Provideleadership to and supervision ofteam members and managers through designation, delegation, and oversight of tasks and workplans Collaborate with and across the organization's various functions and areas to support, maintain and advance UWCI's mission and vision Manage, maintain and/or advance applicable and relative relationships across UWCI's Central Indiana region, including but not limited to intermediaries, funders, government, etc.
Stay abreast of key issues, evidence-based best practices, and research to inform and shape current and future investments, initiatives, and programs that support outcomes for individuals and households throughout Central Indiana Provide fiscal oversight including budget management, resource allocation, etc.

Education and/or Experience Bachelor's degree in a human services field, or similar related arearequired Minimum of six years ofrelatable experience in the nonprofit or public sector highly preferred Project and/or program management experience with a demonstrated ability to develop, implement and execute to achieve intended results, by following through on commitments, prioritizing work, and managing time and resources well Experience working within and across a broad range of systems including interfacing with community-based organizations, nonprofit intermediaries, government institutions, and system-level stakeholdersrequired Must possess excellent interpersonal, writing, and oral communication skills, as well as a sense of humor, diplomacy and discretion, critical thinking, and judgment Experience with large-scale (e.
g.
, community-wide) program and/or project management across a broad range of stakeholders required Experience leading frontline staff and/or managing volunteers required Ability to and/or experience in facilitating convenings, workshops, focus groups, etc.
preferred Possess significant and demonstrated experience building and managing diverse networks that support racial equity efforts aimed at producing systemic change Knowledge of the Central Indiana region highly preferred Work experience may substitute for education requirements on a case-by-case basis.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
