WHAT ARE YOUR OPTIONSOPTION I Work 49 of the 52 weekends per calendar Year.
4 Trades per Calendar Year! OPTION II You Choose! 12, 24 or 36 hours per week with assigned 2 consecutive shifts every 3rd weekend! Work one major, one minor Holiday plus one other additional Holiday.
MAJOR Holidays:
Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's MINOR Holidays:
Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day ADDITIONAL Holidays:
Days - Halloween, Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, New Year's EveNights - Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's DayWHAT IT TAKES TO SUCCEED Two years of previous RN experience.
Love of variety of floating to different medical units.
Quick and accurate assessments.
Accurate and complete documentation.
Demonstrate self-direction in establishing priorities.
Demonstrate exceptional critical thinking skills.
