ERP Application Analyst

Insight Global is looking for an Intermediate ERP Application Support Analyst to support a large healthcare client in Indianapolis, IN.
This position is on a hybrid model with 2 days per week onsite requirements.
About 60% of this role will be troubleshooting and triaging product defects.
This will include taking support tickets, researching how to fix defects, working with Oracle support, figuring out where the products go, etc.
The other 40% will be doing project-related work.
This will include the testing and implementing of different projects scoped for the year.
This individual will work closely with the data management, security, and technical teams to configure, maintain and upgrade the ERP systems.
They will also communication with third party vendors and customers to assess and interpret needs.
This person will not be required to do any coding or development, but it is expected that they have experience being around it from a support standpoint.
o Healthcare, health insurance and/or health providers experience o Oracle or PeopleSoft experience o Project Management experienceIT background o Supply Chain background Healthcare preferred o Recent experience with an ERP tool (Oracle, PeopleSoft, MS Dynamics 365) o Experience with a ticketing system Proficient in MS Suite Recommended Skills Data Management Issue Tracking Systems Oracle Applications Oracle People Soft Problem Solving Project Management Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
