Process Analyst

We are looking for a Continuous Monitoring Program (CMP) Process Analyst to join our team in Indianapolis, IN.
This position is hybrid.
Your day-to-day work will include:
Providing advisory services to clients related to process improvement, organizational design, strategy planning, and change management.
Documenting and evaluating business processes and making recommendations for process improvements Balancing a variety of assignments and independently managing time and resources to deliver quality work by established deadlines.
Building client relationships by:
1) Exceeding client expectations 2) Sharing insight on the client's business and industry 3) Following industry trends 4) Applying knowledge and experience to develop relevant solutions At a minimum you should have:
Ability to obtain and maintain a federal SECRET security clearance.
Bachelor's degree 1
year of relevant work experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Visio, and Excel Demonstrated time management skills (i.
e.
, organization, prioritization, communication, planning, problem-solving, and note-taking) You will be highly desirable if you have:
Army Financial Management Domain expertise Ability to obtain and maintain a federal SECRET security clearance.
Degree in Business, Accounting, Management, or a related field of study Experience with process improvement and/or business process re-engineering Experience documenting and evaluating business processes and making recommendations for process improvements.
Exposure to financial management, accounting, or financial statement audit processes and SAP-based ERP systems Experience with the DoD and/or Army Experience with project management One of the following professional certifications:
CPA, CISA, CIA, CGFM or CDFM.
