Strategic Data Analyst
Essential Functions:
Accomplish measurable business process and metric improvements by deploying and driving the Service Excellence programs across aligned accounts/teams.
Act as single point of contact for Service Excellence of Client Account(s) Leverage data from Bell Techlogix Data Lake to translate client and stakeholder business needs to quantify results and trends.
Enable the Service Delivery teams with insights into data during Business Reviews and Client Engagements.
Centralize reporting needs and data source for new clients while achieving data integrity and data governance within the account(s).
Monthly and Quarterly Business Review preparation for Service Delivery Management.
Build reports/dashboards and work on automating metric reporting, data visualization and analytics.
Identify continuous performance improvements while working with Operations, Service Improvement and Service Delivery teams.
Implement add-on project offerings within the client environment as and when required.
Other duties as assigned by management.
Required Education, Knowledge, and
Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
3-5 years of experience in a Business Analyst or Enterprise Support Business Analyst position or applicable work experience Abilities and Skills:
Ability to operate and drive results as an individual contributor Problem solving / analytical skills Excellent communication / interpersonal skills Business Analysis skills Six Sigma Concept Awareness Advanced Microsoft Office Skills Understanding of SLA and KPI measurements IT Service Analytics skills ITIL Awareness Preferred Education, Knowledge, and Experience2- or 4-year college degree.
Intermediate PowerBI Reporting preferred Intermediate Minitab experience preferred Beginner Qliksense experience preferred Conditions of Employment:
