30AM - 4PM, Monday - Friday Quality Control Inspectors will develop quality control processes and standards to oversee the quality of all products and services in the warehouse.
Job duties:
Develops and implements quality control processes and procedures Provides training and support resources to employees Inspects and audits production processes, materials, and finished products Performs root cause analysis and corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs) to address quality issues Analyzes quality data, identifies trends, and provides insights to management Works with teams to establish quality metrics, KPIs, and targets to drive continuous improvement Maintains comprehensive documentation of quality control processes Documents all quality assurance activities and outcomes Collaborates with suppliers to propose solutions to improve quality processes Conducts internal and external quality audits & generates reports Stays up-to-date with QA industry trends and best practices Requirements & skills:
Proven work experience as a Quality Assurance Specialist or similar role Relevant training and/or certifications (e.
g.
, Six Sigma, ISO 9001) Working knowledge of tools, methodologies, and concepts of quality assurance Solid knowledge of relevant regulatory standards Excellent data collection and analysis skills Can work independently to prioritize tasks Strong attention to detail:
consistently identifies mistakes across thousands of inspections Computer literacy:
database management and quality management systems & software Attendance:
