Quality Engineer

The Quality Engineer will provide support to the quality manager by using their knowledge of PPAP AIAG requirements, root cause analysis, and reading blueprints to complete specific tasks as assigned.
The Quality Engineer will track critical deliverables, working with customers, internal personnel, and suppliers, to meet customer requirements and improve processes.
Description o Actively participate in internal audits and daily production meetings o Develops and initiates standard methods for inspection, testing, and evaluation by utilizing knowledge in related engineering fields o Performs measurement system analysis to evaluate test and inspection equipment o Interacts with and supports technicians to ensure dimensions are being completed correctly o Interact and maintain compliance through multiple customer submission portals for corrective action response and PPAP submissions o Review, compile, approve, and submit PPAP's, working within the customer requirements o Provide customer related quality and compliance inquiries support o Manage customer RMA's and sorting of defective material o Support ISO and customer inspections and audits o Support and drive root cause analysis and 8D completion in a timely manner to meet customer's needs o Other tasks as assignedPI226678450 Recommended Skills Auditing Blueprinting Corrective And Preventive Action (Capa) Root Cause Analysis Testing Measurement And Metrology Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
