THE BIG TASKAs an addition to our growing HR team, we are looking for an HR Generalist (HRG) focused on our greatest asset:
our team members! In this role, the HRG will engage with our managers and team members to collect feedback, survey information, and other related data that will inform the creation of employee engagement initiatives tailored to the specific needs of individual departments, branches, and employee groups.
This person will also be responsible for implementing, leading, and measuring the success of employment engagement initiatives focused on promoting wellness, inclusion, recognition, and other related culture improvement projects.

Responsibilities:
What Will I Do? Promote a work environment of open, honest, and direct conversation that will instill confidence and credibility by actively engaging with the workforce.
Work closely with leaders and other members of the HR leadership team to facilitate and implement HR strategy in alignment with the organizations business strategy to achieve success.
Track and analyze HR key metrics to identify trends (e.
g.
, employee retention) and work with managers and HR team to ensure effective utilization and development of talent.
Increase overall engagement by coordinating and implementing internal events; managing and promoting our core value recognition program; facilitating and increasing participation in our wellness initiatives.
Leverage information learned in employee engagement surveys to create and manage action plans for improvement.
Qualifications:
Do I Have What it Takes? Bachelors degree in human resources or related field of study or equivalent work experience.

years project management experience with demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives hospitality industry preferred.
Strong computer skills MS Suite particularly Teams, Outlook, Word, and Excel Demonstrated ability to be self-directed and results-oriented with the ability to effectively work across all levels of the organization, branch locations, and with our parent company leaders Strong client-focus with outstanding judgment, critical thinking, and verbal and written skills is essential.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
